Movement Improvisation

Moving makes us feel good, specially when you let the body flow and take the lead. Letting go of patterns, labels of "good" or "bad" movements, and norms, to just enjoy the moment.

Movement is fun. It also help us deal with emotions, release tensions, and overall tune into a better understanding of yourself.

This is not a typical dance class, nor a workout either. This is an exploration. Everyone is welcome, there are no requirements for movement!

Schedule: The session will take place over 2h where you will be led into different exercises of exploration. Inviting the body and mind to Gradually deepen the understanding of this method. Finishing the session with a nice relaxation and possible sound instruments.

Ideal if: Beginners or movers interested in a more conscious approach to movement. Letting go of pre-defined rules of movement and instead exploring. Improving your body awareness. Releasing stress and tension.
