As we have been doing, we will be playing the Gong and other instruments and have a nice relaxation at the end.
Adding some different touches as usual :)
We will also have ice-baths ready for those that would like one afterwards.
This is an event ONLY for the members of this group.
Come early and let's have some quality time going over your practice, how you are doing, if you have any questions and want to get an update about the method and what we are up to.
