We live in a constant state of stress. From invisible levels to chronic stress. Which we believe to be automatic and out of our control. Stress is causing inflammation in our bodies, an imbalance in our minds, and chronic health conditions.
What if there was a simple way to rediscover your abilities to take back the control of your automatic stress response and learn to be OK no matter what? Learning to be in the eye of the hurricane.
In this workshop, we work with 4 important components to rewire our perception of stress, discovering our true potential, and finding our balance. Physically, mentally and emotionally:
The Power of the Mind: Taking quality time to observe our unconscious patterns, belief systems, and other blockages that hold us back from being OK. Upgrading our old systems.
Breathwork: Optimizing the way our bodies take in Oxygen (our primary fuel for a healthy system), resetting our nervous system. Resulting in more energy levels and a stronger immune system. Activating a domino effect of positive resets in our body and mind.
Cold Therapy: Tackling inflammation, chronic pain, resetting the nervous system, learning to let go of stressors, and how to apply this to our daily lives.
Movement: Discover your mind over body connection and how you can influence your system.
During this workshop we will cover:

Cold Exposure. The art of letting go in tough situations.

- Power of the Mind, Breathwork, Movement and Cold Therapy. 4 Key transformational components and how to take this to our daily lives.

Wim Hof Method - 1 day workshops
Discover the basic principles to get you started on the Wim Hof Method: Cold, Breathing and Mindset. Guided by Andri, a Level 2 WHM certified instructor, to ensure the proper kick start on your own journey.
We take this to a whole new level. From learning to being OK, to now feeling unstoppable, turning on the fuel of your own Inner Fire.
You have learned about the power within and now it is about using that power throughout a 1-day challenge.
Slaka í Klaka / Chill in ice
There is only one way to put it: Það er miklu betra að slaka í klaka! (It is much better to chill in ice!)
These open time frames enable you to come and enjoy a proper ice bath. The cold tub area in our studio will be at your disposal, with a quiet zone rule to truly surrender into your practice. This is real undisturbed me-time.
**Important: only for those who have completed a “Hættu að Væla Komdu að Kæla - Wim Hof Method” workshop.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:45-13:30 and 17:30-18:40. You can come at any time during these time frames.
