The First Monthly POWER BREATHING will take place NEXT WEDNESDAY 13th of February 18:00-19:00 @Sólir <3
This is an event by invitation only to the members of the "Hættu að Væla Komdu að Kæla Ísland" group.
We will also have ice-baths ready for those that would like one afterwards.
Come early and let's have some quality time going over your practice, how you are doing, if you have any questions and want to get an update about the method.
