Movement Flow

Andra Flæði (Hreyfiflæði)

This is NOT your typical movement training. 


Because this is obviously a physical practice, the first thing that can come to mind is to start with a physical warm-up, but mental preparation is even more important for the type of training we want to do. Which is why mindfulness (visualization and breath awareness) will be the way to begin each session and eventually learn to continue with the breathwork throughout the practice. 


The focus will not be on “getting a good workout” – that is for other types of training. The aim is to improve your body control and coordination and your relationship with movement.


So the more you can be fully attentive and present, the more you will get out of each session. 


This workshop is here to help you improve your body control, efficiency, flow and mindfulness. It is designed to give you a whole new level and approach to what it means to exercise and getting better at moving your body. 


Learning several movements and flow. Each session is a chance to get to know how your body reacts and responds and how you do the movement. You will also experience more insight and details. Even if you know a particular movement, the invitation is to go into it with an open mind. As you would be doing this for the first time. Like an empty cup, which allows for so much more new knowledge. 


You are setting the stage as to how your body moves, not only in these movements but in general in your life. Which will change the way you approach your life.

Morning Routine 

Andri’s morning routine

Starting your day with a morning routine helps you set the tone for the day, better allowing you to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us.

As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity and overall well-being. 

Starting with movement. Opening and warming up the body for the day while listening to excellent music. This followed by a good breathwork session with a combination of the best techniques to rebalance your body and mind’s chemistry for optimal performance. Finishing with the cherry on top by taking a cold shower. That is how you start your day when you want to be OK no matter what :)
